GRAB Malaysia Full of Crap

On the whole GRAB Car serves me well BUT when it comes to REWARD, they are full of crap. I have raised this issue with them through my Facebook account. Every time I get some advise on rewards which does NOT work. You can see all these in my messages to them and their replies. Just to get RM5.00 off a trip is like hiking up Mt. Everest! They gave me some steps yesterday but it did NOT work on my cell-phone. After logging in my residence and destination, there was no Tab for step two. I still took Grab to my destination. After swearing them, they gave me another option. Today, they wanted to know details of the incident! Can you IMAGINE SUCH CRAP! I responded by saying: Go read my history....sophistication is a disease. Now I got to waste my time explaining it all over again: your bum instructions and my inability to claim RM5 off my Grab car fare.... please don't waste my time. Go improve your service; make it user friendly; cut down on the step if you really want to serve consumers!
